Criminal records coverage may vary due to (1) jurisdictions limiting what records are eligible to return and (2) TransUnion limiting records that do not meet its data quality standards. As of the Rev. Date, criminal records are available to return in:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.

National Eviction Related Proceedings Report

The National Eviction Related Proceedings Report is subject to federal, state, and local laws that may limit or restrict SmartMove's ability to return some records. Certain jurisdictions may limit what eviction related records are eligible for return. Eviction related records are not available to return from Connecticut, New York and Miami-Dade County.

SmartMove Recommendation Service

The SmartMove recommendation service (a credit score based recommendation) is subject to laws that may limit or otherwise prohibit your use in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to Washington D.C.
